Arrival and Departure 

Registration will begin at 3 pm on Thursday, July 23rd on the MMC Campus. 

Check-out time will be 10 am on Sunday, July 26th from the MMC Campus.

 

Housing Accommodations

All boy campers will be staying at the Turkey Ford Elementary School Gym which has showers and restrooms in the gymnasium.  All girl campers will be staying on the MMC Campus and portable shower trailers will be brought in.  Each camper will have a twin air mattress for sleeping.  Sleeping bags with a fitted sheet to cover the mattress is recommended. 

 

Food Accommodations

Campers will receive breakfast and dinner.  Students will be bussed to Turkey Ford Elementary School which is ½ mile from the MMC Campus for both meals.  We have rented the Turkey Ford Elementary school kitchen and cafeteria for preparing and serving meals.  

Campers will be able purchase lunch from either our concession stand or Food Trucks.  

The concession stand will also be open for afternoon and evening snacks.

 

Medical Information 

Is there a nurse available?  

Yes a nurse will be available. 

Which medications should my child bring to camp?

Prescription medications should be in the original bottle with only the amount needed for the camper’s length of stay at camp.  All prescription bottles should come in a Ziplock bag with a completed Medical Form.  All inhalers, nasal sprays, and epi-pens must be in the prescription box with label and must NOT be expired.  All Meds must be turned over to the camp nurse during registration. NO camper is to have prescription meds or over the counter meds in their possession. 

Do you give kids pain reliever if needed?

Yes – a nurse is available to dispense over the counter medication as needed.  You need to give approval on the Campers Application if you would like the medical staff to give your child Tylenol or other over the counter pain reliever. 

What precautions are being put into place to insure the health of campers?

All volunteers will be temperature checked.

All Students will be temperature checked at registration.

Hand sanitizer will be available and encouraged all throughout the day. 

Activities and seating during serviced will encourage social distancing. 

 

Activities

All activities will be included in the Campers Registration fee.  There will be both on campus and off campus activities.  Campers can register for off campus activities which will include kayaking and/or tubbing (on the lake). 

On campus activities will include Basketball, Sand Volleyball, Gaga, Crafts, Games and more.
